I just saw that you are having Dr. Oppenlander as a keynote speaker at your convention! I am very excited and impressed that you invited him! I attended one of his lectures last fall and the information he provides in insightful, meaningful, and unlike what any one else provides. Saw Dr. Oppenlander speak at the University of California Santa Cruz a couple of weeks ago. An amazing lecture that everyone should hear. If you are in the Las Vegas area, go check him out. Well worth it!
